Ergo Strategy Group strengthens leadership

Ergo Strategy Group is enhancing its governance and leadership structure as the firm expands its capacity to serve clients globally.

After ten years leading Ergo’s operations, Nic Di Boscio becomes Chair of the Board and will remain closely involved in the business. Mark Slade takes on the role of Managing Partner, with responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the firm and for ensuring Ergo has the operational focus and discipline to scale effectively.

Ergo is also pleased to welcome Jon Samuel as a Non-Executive Director. Jon brings substantial experience across the consulting and extractives sectors. Having recently held senior roles in the mining industry and currently serving on a number of related boards, he adds wide-ranging commercial and governance perspective at an important point in the firm’s development.

These appointments form part of a broader investment in Ergo’s leadership and operating capacity, as the firm continues to build the people, systems and capabilities needed for its next phase of growth.

For clients, our focus remains unchanged: helping organisations address complex strategic and operational challenges with advice that is rigorous, clearly communicated and practical to implement.
