Baco brings nearly three decades of experience in market and public opinion research, combining qualitative insight with quantitative rigour. He has built his career around understanding how people, institutions and companies think, communicate and make decisions — particularly in politically sensitive, commercially complex and socially nuanced environments.
A skilled moderator and analyst, he specialises in focus groups, in-depth interviews and field research with diverse audiences, from senior executives and public officials to rural and remote communities. Baco brings deep knowledge of Latin America, supported by fieldwork across Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Colombia, Costa Rica and Guatemala. He works in Spanish, French and English.
