Panchi is an economist and strategy consultant with over a decade of experience helping clients tackle complex growth and development challenges across corporate, public, and social sectors. Drawing on her prior role at McKinsey & Company, she brings the structured toolkit of strategy consulting – clear problem framing and prioritisation, evidence-based decision making, and disciplined execution – to development contexts where these approaches are most needed and often least applied.
Panchi specialises in translating complex analysis into pragmatic decisions and scalable solutions. She brings a grounded, global perspective, informed by hands-on work in diverse contexts across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and South America.
