Sylvia Cantino

Sylvia is a highly experienced management accountant, with a wealth of experience across finance, accounting, and project management. She has honed her skills in range of settings, from small businesses to large corporations and charitable organisations. Having held senior finance roles in multiple countries, Sylvia has both the hands-on problem-solving skills and the strategic insight needed to drive organisational success.

At Ergo, Sylvia leads the finance function for the Group. Specifically, she handles all accounting and tax affairs, manages financial reporting and analysis, and oversees regulatory compliance. Having started her career in Italy, Sylvia lived and worked in the UK for fifteen years, before relocating to Peru.
